Payment Schedule
For all hikes a $250 HKD per person deposit is required to secure your place. Final acceptance of any participant is subject to receipt and review of all required forms, documents, and payment. For bespoke hikes and corporate events please refer to your quotation for payment schedule.Trip Itineraries
All Hong Kong Hikers Ltd hikes are subject to itinerary changes based on a variety of circumstances, including, but not limited to, climatic conditions, travel cancellations, river crossings, wildlife, park or public land closures, and forest fires. The price and duration of a hiking trip will never change once you’re registered. Payments are not refundable for itinerary changes or public land closures. If a trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control a trip credit equal to the full amount paid will be issued.Cancellation and Refund Policy
Hong Kong Hikers Ltd reserves the right to cancel trips. If this is the case a full refund of the amount paid will be given, including the deposit except with Corporate Hikes when some advance payments are non refundable. Hong Kong Hikers Ltd is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by preparing for the trip (for example: non-refundable advance purchases such as, clothing, equipment, food, transportation, etc)If you cancel a bespoke hike or corporate event for any reason
- Between 29 and 15 days prior to the trip start date, we will retain 50 percent of the trip cost.
- Less than 15 days prior to the trip start date, there will be no refund.
Day Hike Cancellation Policy: 50% refund with 48 hours notice; no refund within 24 hours
